Training and professional qualification have always been two of the main areas of activity of NERLEI.

NERLEI holds the status of certified training provider assigned by DGERT (General Directorate of Employment and Labor Relations).

Under the motto “Training Teams to Win”, NERLEI’s Training and Professional Qualification Department aims to promote development strategies and vocational training to human resources, in order to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the economy.

Its tasks include:

    • Training-of-trainers (ToT)
    • Training of workers
    • Modular training
